Friends, I am sooo glad to be back in the states I cannot even tell you in words …even though the heat and humidity here is so absurd that one can only find it comical ….it’s embarrassing to even step outside and admit the fact that I even live here …that also explains the completely ridiculous fan noise from my AC unit in this video


and for you numbers people out there, when i left for London I was 6’2” 235 pounds…today I am 6’ 2” 220
