Mr. Plow was back at his old ways with Bart while someone else in town was up to no good. All with the goal of framing Homer but why? What does he have to gain? Who is this mysterious stranger that has such a grudge against Mr. Plow?

Return of the king! Mr. Plow is back baby! This was a fun video to make, it's always fun with Mr. Plow. The most difficult rotoscope would probably be the first shot. Covering up marge was quite difficult, the background kept warping with each frame so it was hard to cover her up.
