I made this video on Saturday 27, February 2021. My Portuguese mother made it, this pizza is quite big for 4 peoples.

INGREDIENT
PIZZA SAUCE :
1 Onion
4cloves Garlics
Olive oil
Oregano
a little bit of salt
Tomoto Ketchup (optional )

PIZZA DOUGH :
500grams Flour
1tbsp Salt
1tbsp Olive Oil
150ml warm water
1 1/2tbsp yeast

TOPPING :
Mushrooms
Paprika (green, red, orange)
Olive (black and green)
Chorizo
Mozzarella
