This Lasagna Soup recipe is a cozy weeknight favorite you can make in about 30 minutes. It features ground beef, sausage, tender pasta, rich tomato broth, and plenty of melty cheese. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

☐ 2 Tbsp avocado oil
☐ 1 small chopped onion
☐ 1 Lbs. ground beef
☐ 1 Lbs. mild Italian sausage
☐ 4 minced garlic cloves
☐ 1 Tbsp fresh thyme
☐ 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary
☐ 3 Fresh basil leaves
☐ 1 Tsp oregano
☐ 1/2 Tbsp sea salt
☐ 2 Tbsp sugar
☐ 4 Tbsp tomato paste
☐ 14.5 oz. can of petite diced tomatoes
☐ 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
☐ Pepper to taste
☐ 6 cups beef broth

☐ 1 box lasagna pasta
CHEESE MIXTURE:
☐ 3 heaping Tbsp Ricotta cheese
☐ 3 heaping Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
☐ 3 heaping Tbsp Mozzarella (preferably grated)
