🥕✨ Homemade Carrot Cake Recipe ✨🥕

• 1 ½ cups sugar
• 1 cup olive oil
• 1 cup milk
• 3 large eggs
• 2 cups shredded carrots
• ½ cup minced pineapple
• ½ cup toasted pecans
• 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 ½ tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
• ¼ tsp ground cloves
• 1 tsp kosher salt
Bake:
350°F for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
🤍 Cream Cheese Icing:
• 1 cup salted butter, softened
• 1 lb cream cheese, softened
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 cups powdered sugar
