If you’re anything like me, you love the taste of fresh, ripe tomatoes. And what better way to enjoy them than in a delicious glass of homemade tomato juice?
Now, I know what you might be thinking: “Canning? That sounds like a lot of work!” But trust me, it’s easier than you think. Plus, the taste of this juice blows store-bought stuff out of the water!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1. Jars and lids (make sure they’re sterilized!)
2. Ripe tomatoes, as many as you like!
3. A pinch of salt
4. A blender
That’s it! It literally takes 30 minutes to be done. You will have the taste of summer close in the jars for up to 12 months.
