A large cell phone tower is burning
Near LBJ Freeway in
Dallas, Texas

The smoke with a PCB smell
Covered a large area of town


The cell phone tower was inside
a high voltage transmission tower
Making it difficult to access

If the fire damages the transmission
Tower things could get much worse

So what caused the fire?

Was it an equipment failure?

Was it set on fire by someone protesting 5G?


It turns out that the fire was set
by members of a homeless camp which
was at the bottom of the transmission
tower.

A fire set in a shopping
cart got out of control.


The cost of repairing the cell tower
Is estimated at more than
two million dollars
