When Adam Demuth left his day job last year to become a solopreneur, visiting his home shop was a must. In his garage with a Haas Mini Mill, a Mori Seiki NVD1500 DCG, and a Parker Majestic Surface Grinder, he's been able to maintain a successful small business AND at a low stress level! While many people including myself have experienced the opposite, it's intriguing to know that starting a business doesn't have to cause panic.
First, we'll tour the shop and check out the new updates, share fixturing tips, machining workflows, tooling tips, and then we'll have a sit down chat about what it's been like for him, where he succeeds, struggles, and how he thinks about the present and the future of his business.
