Fauquier ENT | Home Balance Exercises to Treat Dizziness - Ballet Dance Techniques for the Non-Dancer @fauquierent | Uploaded 11 months ago | Updated 6 hours ago
Ballet dance techniques allow for not only ballerinas to maintain super-normal balance... but can also help non-dancers who suffer from dizziness as well! Each of these 14 exercises (which progressively get more difficult) should be performed until one feels stable without fatigue or imbalance. These exercises should only be performed by those who are reasonably physically fit.
