My Grandson has been flying some of my drones for a few years and wanted to move into racing. I thought this would be the perfect choice to get him started without a huge cost. I like that it has a thumb wheel to move from basic to advance flying, or anywhere in-between. It came with 2 batteries and 2 extra sets of propellers. If you keep it at the lesser level It can be flown in the house very easily. Take it into an open area, slide the switch to performance and cruise the sky at nearly 30mph. The motors were very quiet compared to some others I have flown. One other feature that is really helpful is that when the battery starts to run low your Controller will start to beep along with the lights flashing on the racer.
