►Step-by-Step◄
-Starting with clean dry nails apply your base coat
-Use black as your base color
-Stamp a scribble design with white
-Apply a quick dry top coat to prevent pulling these layers up when you start sponging
-(Optional) protect around your nails with the barrier of your choice
-Apply all 5 neons on a sponge and apply at an angle that matches the stamp - repeat until desired brightness (2-3 coats)
-Remove protection if used and clean up around the edges
-Finish with top coat!
