►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use the Perfector and the scattered holo as a base color on all nails
-With a small brush stroke each of the rainbow shades onto the tip of your nail
-Clean up around the edges as needed with a smallbrush dipped in acetone
-Finish with top coat!
