The MEP is finally, at long last, completed!
It took so long because...I don't know. Probably laziness on my part. And also several shuffles between computers and files. Merp.
Most of you have probably forgotten about this video. After all, it was over a year ago. X'D But, I figured, since I'm leaving on my mission and all the animators did such lovely jobs, I wanted to honor them and finish this video.
And it's also my Christmas present to you guys, my subscribers! Since I hardly upload anything nowadays. XD So Merry Christmas! Yes, I'm much more active on deviantart these days - after all, it takes several weeks to make ONE good video, at least, and three hours to make a painting. So it's easier to be active there. XD
Thank you to everyone who contributed to this video, you're all amazing! And a huge thanks to Kesu Chan and SheerAnimations, for providing the last needed part of the video, and for compiling the whole video when Movie Maker kept crashing on me. It wouldn't be finished without you guys!
Also, if anyone's curious about my mission, i'll post a better video explaining it later. But for now, know that I'll be going on hiatus for a year and a half, starting March 12, to serve the Lord and teach others! I'm going to be a missionary. :) And I'll be serving in Sacramento, California! Quite exciting, indeed.

I love how the warriors community can take ideas from these books, and just...abstract the heck out of them, into such visually stunning ideas. Like taking the relationship between Tallstar and his father Sandgorse, and making an atmospheric surrealistic video set in Russian panel house landscapes! Absolutely incredible, and so much fun to work on. Thanks Chocobir!!
Now on to the rest of the MAPs I gotta finish before Christmas. Its so nice having this small-scope, achievable projects to work on. Reasonable goalposts are the greatest! :D

Oooh this one kicked my butt, but Im so so happy with how it turned out. A collab between my buddy @galaxymew and I! I did the animation for the first two shots, and all the backgrounds; Galaxy did the animation for the final three shots, and all the effects work like the lighting and breath clouds. (She is very cool, check out her work.)
What a fun AU and aesthetic! Man, animating those two shots near about killed me (I LOVE Sols design but he is an ornery boy to animate, with all the different moving parts.) But I had fun figuring out how to animate heavy breathing or jumping down a pile of rocks. Which, painting that pile of rocks, was also a fun adventure to problem solve! In the end, Im overwhelmingly happy with how it all came together, and I will refrain from being THIS ambitious until at least after the holidays. Haha.
