Hollow Knight Silksong - How to Sprint & Jump Further (Swift Step Location)

To sprint/run in Silksong, you need to find the "Swift Step" ability in the Deep Docks. You can find it after the mini boss with the bugs, at the very top of the area. Follow the route I take in the video. Once you unlock Swift Step, you can always sprint and run using R2, which will also allow you to jump further and clear bigger gaps.
