Next you need to pick up a key at the top right area of the citadel.
Then make your way to the lower left area into the White Ward.

What is Clawline?
The Clawline ability is an Ancestral Art in Hollow Knight: Silksong that functions as a grapple hook, allowing Hornet to launch her needle at surfaces, rings, or enemies to pull herself to them. This ability is essential for both traversal, enabling access to new areas and platforms, and combat, providing opportunities to capture and damage enemies by flinging Hornet into them. Using the Clawline consumes a small amount of silk, which can be replenished by striking enemies.
