This is a complete 100% walkthrough of Hollow Knight: Silksong on Nintendo Switch 2, played in Steel Soul Mode — the game’s permadeath challenge.
Throughout this run, I collected everything required for official 100% completion and went beyond by covering a wide range of optional content as well:
✅ 100% Completion includes:
- All main objectives and sidequests (all Wishes)
- Every Memento
- All Bosses and Mini-Bosses
- Complete Collectible set with 30 Lost Fleas, 20 Mask Shards, 18 Spool Fragments, and more
- Fully upgraded Materium and Bellhome
- All Abilities, Tools and every Tool Upgrade
- Complete Monster Journal (237 entries)
- Every major area, secret path, and challenge segment
- A full Steel Soul playthrough with zero deaths
Even with extensive routing, a few things unfortunately remained unobtainable in this run:
❌ Not included (due to game conditions / RNG)
- Some rare NPC dialogue variations
- Several optional Lore Tablets / Needolin lore lines
- The Act II Secret Ending (requires defeating the final boss while infected by the parasite)
- The second Skull Tyrant encounter (RNG-based spawn in Bone Bottom that never triggered)
Aside from these exceptions, this walkthrough showcases virtually everything Silksong has to offer in a single, carefully crafted Steel Soul playthrough.
