Inside Holland America’s Nieuw Statendam, we take a tour of Dover’s Newest Cruise Ship!

Holland America’s Nieuw Statendam is in Dover for HAL's first dedicated UK season in 10 years, and will also return next year.

The Holland America cruises will be around the UK, Ireland and Northern Europe.

We haven’t cruised on a Holland America ship before, and this was our first experience with the cruise line. On of the reasons for the visit is that we are thinking of visiting Alaska next year and cruising on a HAL ship.

We were invited to tour Nieuw Statendam but were not paid in any way.
