INGREDIENTS
Organic Pumpkin - 1 Can
Applesauce - 1 Cup
Vanilla Whey Protein Powder - 3 Scoops
Baking Soda - 1/2 TSP
Baking Powder - 1 TSP
Egg - 1 Egg
Pumpkin Pie Spice - 1 TSP
Steel Cut Oats - 2 Cups
Truvia - 4 Packets
Salt - 1 TSP
RECIPE
First up you'll want to grind up your Oatmeal to form a flour. I used a food processor.
Next combine all your ingredients into a bowl and mix.
Set your oven 350 degrees.
Place the cookie mix in the fridge to chill for about 15 minutes.
Now to start dropping your cooking onto a cookie sheet that you've sprayed down with Olive Oil.
Use a Tablespoon to scoop out your cookie dough and drop them onto your sheet.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
