Where do I begin? There's so much I can say and want to say, and yet finding the right words seems impossible. Though I've been riding horses for eight years, Joe, you were the only one that ever managed to steal my heart. Although I only started consistently riding you the past 2 years, I can honestly say they have been the best 2 years of my life, and you were a huge part of that. Every success, every failure, you were right there with me. From many firsts, such as my first oxer and first trail ride, to many accomplishments, like jumping higher and doing more courses. You were my rock when I needed someone solid, never faltering, never failing in your efforts. Your intelligence could make you stubborn sometimes, but with a bit of persuasion (and some cookies xD) you were more than willing to go the extra mile. Unspookable and a total gentle giant, you were-are-a one in a million horse. I don't know if I'll ever have the privilege of meeting another horse half as amazing as you were, because there's just no compare. I'll miss you big man, and I hope there's plenty of grass and cookies wherever you are. I sure know you deserve it.
