Ever since I heard ‘Turn Off The Light’ (The Song) when Kim’s EP came out (which I am literally in love with right now lol), the one thing that stood out to me was the vocal production. The electronically over-produced vocals really reminded me of the Femme Fatale era, and the chord progression is very similar to “Hold It Against Me”. I loved the Halloween album so much, and I just thought it would make perfect sense to mix both these songs together, essentially leading to the creation of this mashup!
I actually planned to release this a while ago, but was unable to do so because of recent issues ongoing in my personal life…I’ve just been having a tough time with things lately and I’ve been really drained for the past week…However, I knew this was something I needed to release ASAP and I did not want to wait until next year. I put a lot of effort into creating this, so I really really really hope y’all enjoy this mashup!

Because of how completely different these songs are, a simple mix between the two would’ve never worked…But after a ridiculous amount (and I seriously mean that a lot lol) of time and effort, I was able to get it to work.
