Marley’s running journey started on the roads - completing three fun runs at Hackney Half - before the mountains called. Last year brought his first 50K ultra, and this season he’s strode further into the trail world with long training days, country miles, and races in Snowdonia and the Pyrenees to earn his stones for Chamonix.
His approach is simple: “one step at a time, embrace the struggle, enjoy the views.”
