No one knows who the Great Glowing One was before he appeared travelling the wastes as a preacher... perhaps not even himself. In the irradiated wastes of the Glowing Cradles, he taught his followers of the blessing of ghoulification, a blessing that would be extended to all normies (whether they like it or not). In time, all of Colorado would know the comforting green glow of the radiation pits!
