First off retreat Ethiopia cost like 15 pp. Choose struggling failure and go to coven the grand council . After that save a bunch of pp and go Staunch Monarchist and ban comm and demo for easier path. When reach above 25% of Monarchy, choose the monarchist path and wait till it get above the 50%. In the mean time you can do anything you want e.g. fix de buff on army air and build industries. After 50% go for the King path and agents of church till strengthen the papacy. After that go to disband the black shirts and and Undermine the Duce. When done go to Balance of Power and go to the left for the Pope. Then a secret path will be shown and go for war path. Then you will get war goal on yugo Romania Bulgaria Greece and many more. Try to carve up in the Balkan as fast as possible. Make sure you are ready by the time Poland get invaded. Declare on UK. Hold the African front and join the axis. Make sure all your ships are stationed in northern Germany for easy Sealion. After success in UK take gilbratar Malta Cyprus and many other states border to the Mediterranean. When in the axis you can invade Vichy France and Turkey without trouble since those two are being guarantee by the German. When done these two, go for Iberian protection and improve relations so they can become puppet. Go to Mae Nostrum when done and wait till Spain get annexed. And REGNUM ROMANUM.
