Declare on Yugo and u will get Romania in to. After done, declaring immediately on Greece and Bulgaria. You will get justification from the Soviet and you can hold till the end and grind exp. When Germany do Barb make sure you attack and get more victories points. After all that justify on turkey and take Istanbul.
