Flying in windy conditions on a hilltop was challenging. However, I won't do it again nor do I recommend anyone to try it. First, there's no smooth grass for a smooth runway. Even if there was smooth grass, it would grow on an uneven slope. At least it was good exercise to hike up the hill. Come to think of it, this might be a good spot for slope soaring...
