This case in Hobart looks suss as.
Hobart and its surrounds have some of highest vaccination rates in Australia.
Although the area around where this happened is Bridgewater the low economic area and the most jab hesitant.
As my Tassie mate says:

The Northern Suburbs of Hobart are similar to Noble Park, Broadmeadows or Hallam. They live on Maccas, welfare, couch-bongs, Meth and insubordinance. Why the hell would they care about another order from the Government or the Cops? They get no help from them any other day!
Same old propaganda we have seen all throughout this.
So he didn’t have a pass & wasn’t tested until after he absconded and was returned to HQ where he could give delta to everyone. Hilarious
