Santa's got a new trick up his sleeve, every 20 seconds everyone recieves a Christmas gift of "presents" (weapons), will this lead to total Christmas Chaos? Absolutely!

It's been a long while since I used the Chaos Mod, so I figured why not tweak it a little for Christmas! And I might try to make this a tradition for the other Holidays too, Easter Chaos anyone?...
