Basically, to get these items, you have to beat ridiculous bosses and have the rarest possible combinations of items. Most of the time, you'd only get a handful of these, but I managed to get stupidly rare drops and break the game.
Rusty Sidearm is one of the weakest starting items, which is why it's insane that I could hit the DPS cap with it.
Damage Modifiers:
Platinum Bullets (Maxed): +Triple Damage +Triple Fire Rate
Cursed Bullets: (9 Curse) +90%
Meatbun Glitch: +Double Damage
Unity (Calculated as flat addition after scattershot): +???
Muscle Relaxant +50% Accuracy
Scattershot +20% Damage
Explosive Shot: +25 Flat Damage
Shock Rounds: +Lightning Damage
+1 Bullet: +25%
Alpha Bullet: +80%
RIddle of Lead: +25%
Companions:
(Battle Standard +80% companion damage)
Max Junkan
Owl
Space Friend
Dog
2/3rd Clown Mask
Defense:
3/4 Gunknight/Cormorant
Full Metal Jacket + 4 Ammolets
Ring of Fire Resistance
Cheese Wheel + Sunglasses
I found Gold Junk, but dropped it so that I could have max Junkan for defense. With literally every blanking companion with the ammolets, the defensive blanks made me invincible.
Clone run with all floors cleared including Oubliette, Rat Lair and Old King TWICE, with rat kill each time.
I think I broke the game.
