I use hitmonlee from gen 1 and use a brain boy to give them those moves. Tyrogue learns Tackle and Dizzy punch in Gen 2, so Tackle. Dizzy punch is an illegal move in red and blue and yellow. But not in crystal. How do you get it?
You get an egg with a baby Pokémon with dizzy punch. And than evolve tyrogue.
