EDIT: Lol included a failed run at the beginning.
As you can see, when you use the firework, you can simply harvest the targets. Although the first one I kill needs some timing/rng to stand that far behind his buddy. I included the cameraman because without a FE he is hard af to kill very quickly. This justifies starting so far away from the targets.
I guess some insane circusrunner can do a faster stylist route. The stylist can leave the building with a FE about 10s faster. But without fireworks! :D
