This one takes a few tries, it made me really nervous trying to get the kill without harming anyone else with an explosion. Practice doing it a little early so you'll know exactly when to time it. Practice also getting in the house, getting the security system and lockpicking the bathroom without anyone noticing, so you don't botch the later half of the mission after getting a succesful unnoticed kill
