The only time a guard will turn from a tranq is if the dart ghosts, my original video was showing this and a few people got pissed. This was not a seiker which will turn people from the noise. Tranqs take effect immediately, though there is a window in the tranq animation that they can spot you knocking someone out, this was not the case though. The homeless people in chongqing, sapienza mansion guards, and santa fortuna elite guards all have been known to eat darts. Stop flipping on me cause i highlight things for my other roulette players to be careful of come tournament time.
