This was a custom contract made in the game made by Quartz_Tan. Somehow they found a way to actually make everyone on the map a target (not including fake npcs). Usually for contracts you can have up to 5 targets to select and kill in some way, so this is what made this challenge interesting. The lag you will see in the video is the game chugging, not your end lol.
