A growing number of atheists (like Richard Dawkins and Lawrence Krauss) think that the quantum vacuum is the same as nothing. This is pseudo-science because the vacuum is actually energy. What's worse is atheists are forced to embrace an irrational self-contradiction (like the idea that something can come from nothing) to avoid God's existence.
