Silver Mercedes SKZ3571G hit & run at Queen Street, in between Bugis+ & 269B carpark.

Date: 28 September 2016
Time: 22:58hrs~

Details: Silver Mercedes SKZ3571G came out of the carpark, suddenly dashed out from the carpark with no signal at all. I've no time to react but to swerve my vehicle a bit to the right since there's no incoming vehicle or passerby on the other side. In the end i only managed to reduce the damages.
I stopped my vehicle right after i got hit by that silver Mercedes.
That silver Mercedes then decided to drive out of the carpark & stopped beside Bugis+ for awhile, & then decided to drive off.

Maybe it stopped awhile trying to see whether it left any proof on the scene? I don't know.

Too bad. That silver Mercedes left it's front license plate on the road. SKZ3571G

Why in the end you decided to run? Because It's just a minor accident.
The only 2 things i had in mind:
Drunk driving?
Or driving without a valid driving license?
