We were driving home and saw a truck driving CRAZY fast down the street, and their rear tire on the trailer was about to fall off. After we got further down the street we saw the other 2-4 cars that the guy hit and was running away from. The truck didn't have a front license plate, and I can't tell if there is a plate on the back. My dash cam records front and rear but the rear camera only records at 720p :( So I'm uploading this and linking it to the people on facebook in hopes that it gets them some needed information.
