A full history of the Prince of Persia franchise. From Jordan Mechner's earliest days programming for the Apple II, through to the upcoming remake of Sands of Time. Take a deep dive into this special retrospective look at one of gaming's most beloved action adventure franchises.
This documentary will be fully narrated with high quality footage freshly recorded from every game in the series, using era-appropriate bezel display effects and showcasing several lesser known titles - along with tons of never-before-seen footage that demonstrate how the series took shape and transformed the world.
Features exclusive interviews with Jordan Mechner (series creator), Mounir Radi (Creative Director at Ubisoft Montpellier), Lucie Dewagnier (Game Director and Lead Programmer at Evil Empire), and Bio Jade Adam Granger (creative director at Ubisoft Montreal).
Release Date: October 25th, 2024 (subject to change pending YouTube's processing speed.)
