As part of the 40th Annual Historic Homes Tour, City historians Jim Bertolini and Rebekah Schields discuss some of the historical and architectural themes connected to the featured homes in the 2024 event. The Poudre Landmarks Foundation is a key non-profit partner with the City of Fort Collins, providing educational programming at the Avery House and other City-owned historic sites. The Historic Homes Tour is the Foundation’s largest annual fundraiser, and is co-sponsored by the City of Fort Collins in 2024.
