We had a relaxing day strolling around the timeless, well preserved historic district of Savannah. It is the original town plan since 1733 laid out by James E. Oglethorpe. Dylan is a huge fan of the 1994 movie Forrest Gump, so we couldn't miss seeing the famous Chippewa square where the bus park bench scene was filmed. We also visited the River front where we indulged ourselves at the Savannah Candy Kitchen. We had a nice, relaxing day out.
