You probably got into business because you’re great at what you do, right? So why isn’t your business doing great?

A client of mine lost an employee who decided to go out and become a competitor bc he was good at what he did and figured he could do what my client was doing.

Within 2 years he had made no profit and went back to a 9-to-5.

Because client expertise is only 25% of what it takes to grow a profitable business.

The other 75% is not your talent…it’s the skills you didn’t realize your boss had…

Skills like pricing for profit or branding and messaging that hit your clients in the heart.

It’s copy that actually converts or marketing that brings in clients WITHOUT you trying to go viral.

It’s sales skills that clients thank you for, and systems so you don’t burn yourself out.

It’s getting over the fear of hiring and maybe making it look so easy your employees think they can do it too.

Without these skills, someone might as well keep the 9-to-5. Bc the boss isn’t the boss because they’re good at what their team can do. They’re the boss bc they’re good at everything else.
