This track is a year old, but it probably still holds the record for the closest thing to auditory cocaine. As if the crazy mixing of rhythm guitar and snarling bass synths with chopped-up vox wasn't enough, another guitar lead line is thrown in towards the end. Everything ev.exi works on is high energy, I'm looking forward to seeing what the guy comes up with next. Hiro Tadomatsu is also an up and coming producer.

This is some 4.5-year-old-school grassroots synth brilliance. I suspect that the LE probably means limited edition, because not many of these songs were ever released. The tracklist is further below. Billboard (/Matt), founder of Le Chau, seems to effortlessly program his synths, and orchestrates the frequent transitions to feel almost smooth. Mixing and mastering is 99/100. The way Billboard structures his releases (too often, never) makes me believe that he consistently undervalues his own genius.
