Out on a bushwalk, an African Wattled Lapwing, a bird that weighs less than half a kilo, has enough territorial aggression to charge an elephant.
From there, we tracked down to the banks of the Kafue River to the calming rhythm of the water, hippo pods and the constant movement of the amazing birdlife.
