Great for female impersonators, t-girls who are transitioning, anyone who performs in the theater, cosplayers, or girls who just want a lil more oomph!
You can buy pre-made pads that are made out of foam, or silicone. Sometimes the pre-made pads aren't big/thick enough, and sometimes can get high up there money wise. Making them yourself not only guarauntees that they'll be exactly the shape and thickness you want them, but they'll be a lot cheaper.

Otherwise you can get foam from most fabric stores, craft stores, and some hardware stores to make your own.
There are different kinds of foam, you can buy it in squares, in a roll, or have it cut to length. There are also different kinds of density, regular, high, etc. I like the high density foam because it doesn't squish as easily, so it won't collapse under tight fitting clothing. The higher the density the tighter the clothes can be without the foam collapsing underneath.
Lastly, sometimes it's nice to add a little extra under the pads (if you're using a thinner regular density foam) like a silicone pad. This way they new curves will have a little natural jiggle to them. ;)
