We drive through Tranda Dhank, a patch of road on the Old Hindustan Tibet road, which now falls under National Highway 5 that connects, Shimla to Kinnaur district. It was carved out of the vertical cliff and many lost their lives in this dangerous patch.

You will cross this part on your way to Spiti, Kalpa, Sangla and many other beautiful regions.

Now it has been widened and is comparatively very safe to drive through. So enjoy the drive. :)
