Sir Edmund Hillary BEYOND EVEREST docudrama of the life of Edmund Hillary. Episode 1: Ed discovers a book on the Himalayas and becomes fascinated but his father wants him to continue beekeeping. He escapes from home at every opportunity and eventually learns the ropes of mountain climbing in the Southern Alps.
