This is my first Hilary Duff video that i've ever finished and I'd like to dedicate it to Caleb! I'm sorry I didn't make it in time for your birthday so it's a little belated birthday present. Every time I started a Hilary Duff video I never seemed to finish it and you always encouraged me to finish it. :) You're and amazing vidder and it's been great working with you for Ramsay St Collabs! You are so talented and I hope that all your dreams come true and that one day you'll get to edit for Neighbours. Hope you had an amazing birthday and enjoy the perks of being 17!!!
