Hello again! I'm hiking to a cabin and wild camping in the wilderness that was once used as a halfway line between two small communities here in Northern Europe. Its uninhabited but it has some basic amenities for the locals who hike this memorable trail. I vist this place around once a year as its very peaceful and beautiful. The winds are up again and the temperatures are dropping near -7c at night so its not so cold at this time of year. My last visit was when it was around -25c which was a very different experience.
Good outdoor skills, organised kit, a good level of fitness and some good bushcraft skills all help with getting to these places and having a comfortable time out here. Especially in the winter.
