Sometimes the best hikes are close to home! This week I highlight the Visher ferry preserve that is not very far from where I live. It truly is a walk-through history as you can see were old settlements were in addition to the 1825 in 1840 Erie Canal.it’s filled with wildlife and plant life and it never disappoints!
