Most mountains up here in Tohoku burst into color during the autumn. This is no exception. I wanted to share the beauty that covers the landscape here every year. Mt. Nyuto (also called Eboshidake) is accessible from both Iwate and Akita, and after this hike, I have now done it from both sides. The Akita side is MUCH easier, though both have their charms.
