This week we ventured out to Rocky Mountain National Park from the east side through the town of Grand Lake to hike Adam's Falls. This is a really nice and mellow stroll up to a pretty cool waterfall that feeds Grand Lake, which of course feeds the Colorado River headwaters. Seeing a tree collapse and Harrison take a refreshingly ice-cold unexpected bath in the river are moments I don't think we will forget.
I highly recommend this quick out and back hike if you are near Grand Lake, Colorado!
